Funds Use and Gift Acceptance Policy

The Funds Use & Gift Acceptance Policy establishes guidelines for how the North Texas Venom Foundation accepts, manages, and spends donations and organizational funds. It defines spending priorities, donation categories, approval requirements, and restrictions to ensure funds support the Foundation's mission, honor donor intent, and are distributed fairly across teams. The policy also promotes financial transparency, accountability, and compliance with nonprofit regulations while prohibiting donations designated for individual players or families.

Affiliation Agreement

Terms governing the Coaches' affiliation with the Foundation, including obligations and conduct standards required to coach teams under the name of Texas Venom.

Code of Conduct

Players and parents must agree to Texas Venom's Code of Conduct, which sets expectations for sportsmanship, respect for coaches and umpires, positive sideline behavior, and team commitments for players and parents/guardians, plus how violations may be handled. The Code of Conduct is agreed to when a parent confirms their player on the website, but is provided here for reference and for those who wish to agree to it offline.

Liability, Medical, and Media Waiver

Players and parents must agree to Texas Venom's combined waiver, which covers assumption of risk and release of liability, emergency medical consent, media/roster publicity preferences, and an optional health questionnaire for coaching staff. The combined waiver is agreed to when a parent confirms their player on the website, but is provided here for reference and for those who wish to agree to it offline.
