Code of Conduct

Players and parents must agree to Texas Venom's Code of Conduct, which sets expectations for sportsmanship, respect for coaches and umpires, positive sideline behavior, and team commitments for players and parents/guardians, plus how violations may be handled. The Code of Conduct is agreed to when a parent confirms their player on the website, but is provided here for reference and for those who wish to agree to it offline.

Liability, Medical, and Media Waiver

Players and parents must agree to Texas Venom's combined waiver, which covers assumption of risk and release of liability, emergency medical consent, media/roster publicity preferences, and an optional health questionnaire for coaching staff. The combined waiver is agreed to when a parent confirms their player on the website, but is provided here for reference and for those who wish to agree to it offline.
